InBloom Autism Services Appoints Kevin McGovern as Chief Financial Officer
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – InBloom Autism Services announced today that they have hired Kevin McGovern as Chief Financial Officer to reinforce their executive leadership team as they continue their expansion throughout the United States. McGovern will report directly to InBloom’s Founder and CEO, Kiel Rager, at the organization’s Clinical Resource Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and will oversee the accounting, finance, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) functions in order to support the company’s growth initiatives.
Prior to joining InBloom Autism Services, McGovern was the Vice President/Officer of Finance with MEDNAX, a publicly traded leading national medical group with over 4200 physicians in the United States and Puerto Rico, since 2012. Prior to his time at MEDNAX, McGovern also served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting for PRC/Alorica (a former subsidiary of USA Networks/IAC), from 1999 to 2012.
With over 20 years of executive leadership experience, McGovern has built finance teams from the ground up, and successfully helped grow and transform companies by establishing key business drivers, process improvements, and budgeting enhancements. Most recently, McGovern led organic growth and cost-containment initiatives at MEDNAX, which was a key part of the company’s operational initiatives and transformation over the last 2-years.
When asked why he chose to join InBloom, McGovern said, “I have family and friends who are living with Autism. I have seen firsthand the positive impacts that early diagnosis and an effective ABA treatment plan can have on improving outcomes for children, so I am excited to be joining an organization that shares my passion for improving the lives of those impacted by Autism.”

McGovern holds his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida, and MBA from Florida International University (FIU).
