InBloom BCBA Fellowship Program

Designed for recent grads, our Fellowship Program gives you the hands-on experience you need to step confidently into your new role. You’ll begin building your skills with case management, gain real-world clinical experience, and grow with the support of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts every step of the way.

Are you Eligible to become an InBloom BCBA Fellow?

  1. Full completion of field experience & supervision hours
  2. Meet all BACB requirements to sit for the BCBA exam
  3. Committed to sit for the BCBA exam within 60 days

BCBA Fellowship Hands-On Learning

As an InBloom BCBA Fellow, you will have the opportunity to learn alongside tenured BCBAs and get hands-on experience with:

  • Developing skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans
  • Monitoring client progress and analyzing data
  • Modifying client interventions
  • Training RBTs on client-specific interventions
  • Conducting treatment integrity checks and competencies with RBTs
  • Conducting assessment and reassessment activities
  • Conceptualizing client treatment needs and developing individualized goals
  • Observing and participating in caregiver trainings
  • Providing direct work with clients

InBloom Autism Services specializes in early intervention ABA therapy for young children with autism. Our RBTs and BCBAs undergo training to develop and implement a curriculum specifically designed for children aged 18 months to 5 years old. Our Learning Centers offer a safe and enjoyable environment for children to learn and therapists to teach. Find a Learning Center near you!
