ACT Today
Act Today awards grants for children with autism up to $5,000 with priority given to families with household incomes less than $100,000. Funding is applied to ABA, speech therapy, OT, meds and home safety devices. Check the ACT Today website for quarterly grant deadlines.
ACT Today for Military Families
ACT Today! SOS is a program dedicated to supporting the immediate and imperative needs of those impacted with autism. Families with immediate needs receive support based upon the program funds available.
Anchor of Hope Foundation
The maximum grant for children with autism or special needs children for various uses is $250 per child. Click on “Scholarships,” and then “Online Application” to reach the Anchor of Hope scholarship application and instructions.
Autism Now State Support Grants and Cash Subsidies
The Autism Now webpage provides links to specific state family support grants or cash subsidies. Each resource has different qualifying amounts and eligibility criteria.

The Ezra B. Smith Foundation for Autism Therapy and Education
The foundation provides financial assistance for ABA therapy and education grants for children with Autism.
Hannah and Friends
This program provides quality of life grants up to $1000 for families who care for children with special needs in the states of Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Rhode Island and New York. in the state of Utah.
Family First Program: National Autism Association
The Helping Hand Program provides a one-time grant of up to $1,000 to help pay for treatment for a child with autism under the age of 21.
Heal Autism Now
Grants of up to $2000 available to organizations working to improve the lives of families with autism in the greater Jacksonville, Florida area. Not for individual needs.
Maggie Welby Foundation
Grants ranging from $250 to $2,500 awarded to children and families in need for a variety of purposes.
Modest Needs Foundation

Tucson Alliance for Autism
This group provides funds to help cover the cost of an evaluation for those living in Arizona. Families are required to pay at least 25% of the cost of services.
United Healthcare Children’s Foundation
Funds can be used with any insurance plan not just UnitedHealthCare.
The foundation provides access to medical-related services that enhance a child’s life and which are not fully covered by the available commercial health benefit plan.
