What Do Behavior Clinicians Do?
With 9 locations across Connecticut (and growing!), we’re hiring at every experience level. From entry-level technicians (BTs) to experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Behavior Therapist (BT):
No experience required! Paid on-the-job training to obtain your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate with full support from our clinicians. **High School Diploma or GED is required.**
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
Already certified through the BACB? Check out our RBT Rise Program, where you will have the opportunity to bloom your career with us! Plus, you’ll have in-person support from your fellow RBTs and direct oversight from your BCBA.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
This role includes supervising and mentoring RBTs, conducting competencies, reviewing session documentation, and providing ongoing feedback to support staff while working collaboratively with clients’ families. You must hold a BCBA certification, demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills, and adhere to ethical and HIPAA standards.
