Our Clinical Roles

Board Certified Behavior Analysts

BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) don’t just work in tandem with RBTs to craft treatment plans; they oversee and mentor RBTs, coach caregivers, and guide the momentum of the InBloom clinical team. These individuals are creative and think outside the box to ensure research-based interventions are individualized for every kiddo. Though a portion of this position focuses on providing support to RBTs, there are several avenues for growth within the BCBA InBloom Autism Services career role. These bring the best out of not just themselves, but the clinicians they oversee and the greater clinical leadership team.

Registered Behavior Technicians

RBT

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are our MVPs, and our clients cannot make progress without their dedication! At InBloom, we encourage our RBTs to bring their ideas forward and work in collaboration with their BCBA. Speaking of BCBAs, their support is critical to the growth of RBTs and the success of our kiddos! On top of professional development courses and our in-house clinical training curriculum, RBTs are overseen by and meet with their BCBAs on a weekly basis so they’re never left on an island.

In addition to a full benefits package, RBTs pursuing their BCBA certification receive ongoing supervision and experience hours (restricted and unrestricted) to help propel their career in ABA forward.

Careers at InBloom are bright for RBTs who have several avenues to continue thriving, be it our Senior RBT position or taking their skills into the administrative or operational world to support our families and their fellow clinicians!

CLINICAL INTEGRITY OFFICERS

CIO

Every bit the rockstars as our RBTs and BCBAs, Clinical Integrity Officers (CIOs) establish consistency of our clinical standards across their respective regions to ensure clinical integrity remains at the heart of all we do. To accomplish this, CIOs are focused on fostering a positive, collaborative culture by serving as mentors and leaders to their team. Thus, the more we can ensure the success and growth of all clinicians, the more we can ensure all kiddos we serve build the skills needed to become independent and thrive.
